POLLUTIO
POLLUTIO is a still-life photography series featuring marine debris collected from beaches along the Côte d’Azur, the Atlantic Ocean, and the coast of Sicily. These images capture human-made waste—ranging from clearly identifiable objects to barely recognisable fragments—abandoned or washed into the ocean, whether intentionally or not.
This debris poses a serious threat to marine ecosystems. Many species mistake plastic for food, with devastating consequences. The series aims to highlight this growing environmental crisis, which endangers not only ocean life but all who depend on the sea.
All profits will be donated to the Ocean Cleanup Project. The series is ongoing.
